Tweak UX of Datalist (red cross, consitency browsers)

Red cross is kinda confusing. Make it more standard feeling.
Also the positioning when tabbing is kinda weird.

Nonetheless chrome shows a dropdown arrow, other browser don't maybe make it consitent? Also easier for theming

also fix tabbing and clicking on it when not necessary
