When upgrading from 1.3.0 with composer require drupal/dxpr_theme:^5.1 the update works, but running drush updb results in
[error] (Currently using Missing or invalid theme The following theme is marked as installed in the core.extension
configuration, but it is missing:
* bootstrap
Review the suggestions for resolving this incompatibility [1] to repair your
installation, and then re-run update.php.
Sure enough, bootstrap was there in the core.extension.yml file, but the error persisted even after I manually removed it from core.extension.yml and ran drush cim. The only way around this I found was to install Bootstrap 3 and then uninstall it.
