Issues uploading Images in Drupal 10

Problem/Motivation

I need to be able to upload images into Drupal 10. I have a fresh load installed of Drupal 10. Everything is work great, however, when I try to upload an image on a content page, it simply says "Couldn't upload file:"

Steps to reproduce

On any Content Page, simply click "Insert Image" button, and choose the image you want to upload.

    It's not Related views migration.
    "Couldn't upload file:" - This issue related in folder permission. Create Files folder with 777 permission

    drwxrwxrwx 10 ubuntu www-data 4096 Jun 16 23:31 files

    I'm a little unsure what I am missing then. My permissions look correct based on what you mentioned?

    I am able to upload images in the Theme settings, I only cannot on Content Pages.
