Theme is not compatible with Drupal 10

This theme is not compatible with Drupal 10 .

Needs to change the core version requirement on the theme info file.

I have already released branch 10.x.x which is compatible with Drupal 10.

Please use version 10.x.x on a Drupal 10 site.
