D7: Check CSS/JS files for imports and add them

Problem/Motivation

If a CSS/JS file is importing another one which is not directly referenced, then it won't be added by default. You have to add it has a custom route.

Proposed resolution

Inspect the CSS/JS for imports and include those in the files list.
