Remove the receipt checkout pane

I think this was added in error due to the name of the API function involved. The Receipt Request in the context of our Moneris Checkout implementation is primarily for confirming the transaction processed as expected. Because this is an offsite payment gateway, we can't just assume that when the customer returns to the site a payment succeeded - we need server-to-server validation that 1) the right customer 2) paid the right amount via a 3) successful transaction.

As such, we don't really need the receipt checkout pane. It doesn't appear to be fully implemented anyways, so I believe it can just be removed; but let's make sure there isn't other code referencing it to put it into place somewhere.
