Problem/Motivation

I have installed v1.1.0 and I am using it regularly to add co-authors to my nodes.

I have noticed though that when visiting the status report page at /admin/reports/status that I am seeing the following error WRT to the module...

Mismatched entity and/or field definitions
The following changes were detected in the entity type and field definitions.
Content
The Co-authors field needs to be updated.

Using the admin/content view and the Save content action have been through every single node (of all the types for which Co-Authors is enabled) and re-saved them but I am still seeing the mismatch.

It may be that because some other field validation errors, the Save content action might be failing in some cases but as far as I can see from the date stamps, every node on my site really is up-to-date in terms of being saved.

What else do I need to do? Is there a DB query I can run?

Any advice gratefully received.

    I cannot seem to reproduce this issue on new installs or on any existing sites this module is running on. I think it's safe to ignore that message, I see it all the time with base fields from modules like ECK or Scheduler. As long as all functionality is working as expected I wouldn't worry about it. That said, if you can give me clear steps to reproduce this, I'll check it out.
