Update JSONEditor library usage to v10

The JSON Editor library is up to v10, whereas the module was built to work with v5.29.1.

Update usage of the library so it works with the latest v10 release.

This may be redundant if 📌 Replace JSONEditor library with svelte-jsoneditor Active is easier to do.
