Switch from domain to clear in the latest experience

Problem/Motivation

Right mode is both 8.x-1.x and 2.0.x using method = domain when calling Siteimprove on none-taxonomy and node pages. This method is no longer support in the new version of the Siteimprove overlay. Instead should the method clear be used.

Proposed resolution

Change the modules Javascript to support method = clear and use that method instead of domain when the module is configured to run the latest experience.

The clear method required a callback function when executed. Just use an "empty" function like in the D7 implementation.

The change should be backported to 8.x-1.x.
