[UI] Multiple profile previews at once

Problem/Motivation

As a LU+ I see multiple profile previews at once when I hover on a user’s profile image or name

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to the event page.
  2. Hover on the profile avatar

Proposed resolution

Add `once` to the mouseover event.
