No block available

I installed and enabled the module on local ddev environment without issues. But there's no block to add related to the module when I go admin/structure/block. I've cleared the cache, run update.php, restarted ddev etc. with no results. The log doesn't display any errors either.

Any method of forcing it to appear - or other ideas?

Install the module.
Edit your cart form view (admin/structure/views/view/commerce_cart_form)
Configure the Cart estimate views area handler.

But this issue shows that this should maybe be better documented on the module page or link the README from the module page. Also the README is quite puristic. Maybe you'd like to help with that to thank the maintainers?
