Deprecate standalone module, merged into the main Advanced Views RSS Feed module

I opened 📌 Merge Views RSS Media submodules Fixed to start working on this.

FYI I've done this work and the upcoming 8.x-2.1 release will include it along with some D10 and core media improvements.

I've also merged the submodule into the D7 version.
