Don't display English untranslatable text when no message is set for admins about content redirect setting

Problem/Motivation

After ✨ Display a message to users that may skip the redirect Fixed now if you enable to show message with empty text, then untranslatable English text displays as This entity is configured to redirect to the front page, but because you have the permission to skip this redirect, you are allowed to view this page. Set this text as the default value on the form if the text config value is NULL, and don't use English constant text.
