Display a message to users that may skip the redirect

Looks good but needs:
- because of services.yml dependency change, needs an empty update hook to clear cache, so it won't throw argument error for those who will upgrade the module when this will be released in a new version
- also some browser tests, so we don't have to try these manually every time the codebase changes.
I'll continue with these.
