Move SDC *.schema.json to Core namespace

Problem/Motivation

If SDC get stable status it should integrate into the core namespace. This issue is to decide where the metadata.schema.json and metadata-full.schema.json namespace should go.

Proposed resolution

There is no real place yet for schema.json files. I propose we create a new directory in the assets directory called schemas which contains any json schema's we might have.

Remaining tasks

Create a merge request against this branch which is the meta issue for these changes.

This issue is blocking 📌 [PP-1] Remove schema references from contrib in SDC tests in core Postponed .
