Make js module compatible with php 8.1 - deprecated function

Problem/Motivation

With php 8.1 the following error is produced:

Deprecated function: Method ReflectionParameter::getClass() is deprecated in js_callback_process_request() (line 288 of /src/docroot/sites/all/modules/contrib/js/includes/callback.inc).
