hello @Philalawst, currently we do not have an option to add alt tag for image block. I will work on the same, and create a patch.
With the recent ruling from the Department of Justice on accessibility requirements for public institutions, this is extremely important to ensure our site is meeting these requirements. We will be unable to continue to use this module if it doesnt adhere to WCAG 2.1 requirements.
