When adding a existing question with "Add questions from bank" the submission does not redirect anywhere. If the user goes back, an ajax error appears:

I think an easy solution for this problem is to add a "?destination=" to the href of the "Add questions from bank" button.
EDIT:
I was not able to do that. I don't think it's possible. I modified the action in charge of adding the questions so after adding them it will redirect.

The error disappears when I disable the option to use batch for the operation in the vulk operations configuration.
I also created a patch to be able to redirect to the question listing page when adding questions process finish. I upload it in case someone needs it.
