Improve CSS Formatting (and Reduced File Size)

Several changes can be made to this project's CSS to bring the code closer to Drupal's expectation → (and reduce the file size!).

  • Use shorthand hex values whenever possible
  • Do not declare a unit on 0 values

I will provide a patch. Thank you
