Promote poker10 to full D7 maintainer

I fully support the proposal to make poker10 a Drupal 7 maintainer. They have been a dedicated and consistent contributor to the Drupal project for many years. Please proceed with making this change. Thank you, poker10, for all your valuable contributions.
