I've provided a settings form with 3 options:

    • Default: Nothing changes
    • Upload: A file upload will be used
    • URL: A text field is used as URL

There is an update hook that will install the settings and will set the option to default so nothing changes for existing installations.

The form uses the form states API, but there is an issue with the managed_file type. Documented this in the code with a link to the issue.

It would be nice to also have an option to use the default svg icon generated from the layout.
