Guest event enrollers should be able to add event to iCal

Problem/Motivation

As guest event enroller I can't add event to iCal calendar because when I click on link "iCal calendar" I am prompted to log in.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Login as admin
  2. Enable social_event_addtocal and social_event_an_enroll modules
  3. Create a public event with enabled option "Allow users to enroll to this event without an account"
  4. As anonymous enroll to event and try to add the event to "iCall"

Proposed resolution

- Allow for Guest event enrollers add event to iCal calendar
