Problem/Motivation

Fix all File appears to be minified and cannot be processed

Steps to reproduce

Run the command:
phpcs --standard=DrupalPractice --extensions=php,module,inc,install,test,profile,theme,css,info,txt,md,yml business_responsive_theme/

Proposed resolution

Fix the following coding standards issues and upload the patch or create an MR with fixes.

Drupal core itself contains minified files like js.cookie.min.js, modernizr.min.js, or jquery.form.min.js.

What reported here is not a bug nor something that needs to be changed.
