Problem/Motivation

As of Drupal 10.1.x, the Block Content Permissions → module is no longer needed.
✨ Add more granular block content permissions Fixed

Remove Block Content Permissions from the 10.0.x branch
Change permissions following with How to migrate to core permissions →
Change Block Content Permissions to Drupal Core permissions
