The rating can enable in the comment by checking the next checkbox of content type checkbox.
Follow the below steps -
Structure -> Rate widgets -> Add/Edit widget -> Find entity section and check for comments for related content type.If still not getting rating option in comment section then error may be in console or Drupal log.
It working for me and attaching screenshot for confirmation. - 🇫🇷France stado
Thanks for your comment.
However, my problem is not enabling the fivestar widget for comments. I can well enable it. But, while for articles it displays the average points after all votes, in comments, this value always remains at 0.0, no matter matter how many votes have been cast. See pics attached. - Status changed to Active

Can you please give exact steps to reproduce this issue? Also some more information on your setup (which entities, how are comments added etc.)? As helpful pictures are in other cases, this one sentence and the two small pictures are insufficient to reproduce this issue.

Sorry @jordik for a very late reply.
The setup is pretty standard:
- install D10
- Install Rate 3.0.1
- Create a Rate widget: Fivestar, points, display options results.
- Activate for articles and their comments.
While in articles, the widget works fine and displays the average of all votes in points, in comments the display stays at 0, no matter the number and value of votes.
Consequently, I can't use this widget in comments and I have to use thumbs up/down instead. Which works as expected, except in /admin/content/vote_all, where under the Voted entity, in case of comment ratings, a random page appears instead of the comment in question or at least its article.Any advice on how to fix these 2 issues would be highly appreciated.
