wiser/phpexiftool dependency problem

Problem/Motivation

Seeing this when running ddev composer require 'drupal/pdf_metadata:^1.0@beta' -W on latest D10 (attempted with clean install as well as existing site):

Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.

  Problem 1
    - wiser/phpexiftool[4.2.0, ..., 4.3.0.x-dev] require symfony/console ^2.1|^3.0|^4.0 -> found symfony/console[v2.1.0, ..., 2.8.x-dev, v3.0.0-BETA1, ..., 3.4.x-dev, v4.0.0-BETA1, ..., 4.4.x-dev] but these were not loaded, likely because it conflicts with another require.
    - drupal/pdf_metadata 1.0.0-beta1 requires wiser/phpexiftool ^4.2 -> satisfiable by wiser/phpexiftool[4.2.0, 4.2.1, 4.3.0.x-dev].
    - Root composer.json requires drupal/pdf_metadata ^1.0@beta -> satisfiable by drupal/pdf_metadata[1.0.0-beta1].

Thanks for bringing up this issue. We went ahead and switched this to now use mpdf since it is a bit more supported and should give us less hassles going forward.
