Manual update process throw error about jquery_ui

Problem/Motivation

Hi
as i was having issue with the Automated update Process i decided to go with the manual way.

But when i run composer varbase-refactor-composer composer.new.json docroot i get the below error :

In RefactorComposerCommand.php line 63:
                                                                                                                                
  Refactor Composer Command: Unknown package has no name defined ({"require":{"drupal\/jquery_ui":"^1.6"},"version":"0.0.0"}).  
                                                                                                                                

In ArrayLoader.php line 114:
                                                                                                     
  Unknown package has no name defined ({"require":{"drupal\/jquery_ui":"^1.6"},"version":"0.0.0"}).
