Add traceresponse HTTP header to responses

Problem/Motivation

There is a draft https://w3c.github.io/trace-context/#trace-context-http-response-headers... with a proposal to use traceresponse header to include the trace information into the response.

And here is Composer package that does this: https://packagist.org/packages/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-propagation-...

Will be good to implement this in the module too.
