Remove javascript error in options-filter.js

Problem/Motivation

There is a javascript error that probably is affecting some browsers.
This issue was detected while checking https://www.drupal.org/project/widget_instance/issues/3364207 🐛 Widget selector is broken in Drupal 10 Closed: cannot reproduce

Steps to reproduce

Load the page to create a new instance and open the console. The error is in options-filter.js

Proposed resolution

Check if there are selected widgets first before accessing them.
