Documentation: Missing dot in composer command

Created on 2 June 2023, over 1 year ago

I am still a composer newbee, but i faced an issue, if i follow the installation instructions from the project page.

Installation with composer

composer require 'drupal/votingapi_widgets:^1.0@alpha'
composer config repositories antennaio '{"type":"package","package":{"name":"antennaio/jquery-bar-rating","version":"1.2.2","type":"drupal-library","dist":{"type":"zip","url":"https://github.com/antennaio/jquery-bar-rating/archive/v1.2.2.zip"}}}'
composer require antennaio/jquery-bar-rating

i pasted the second step in my linux console, but it shows an error:

In ConfigCommand.php line 851:

Setting repositories does not exist or is not supported by this command

Some manuals later i tried to add a dot between "repositories" and "antennaio" and it works.
