Fatal errors if recipients empty

If the recipients are empty, there are two spots in the code where an attempt to implode a null will create a fatal error.

Use a nullsafe operator to default to an empty array.

I ended up adding the small fixes needed here into the changes merged in as part of 🐛 Update composer.json to require symfony_mailer Fixed .

Production build 0.71.5 2024
