At the moment there is no way to provide a placement for the tippy box, other than overwrite the JS file, which adds all the settings. Sometimes the end users want to keep the tippy box on top, left/right or on bottom.
Also, the patch provides a checkbox to keep the placement in one place, even if the box doesnt fit the screen (Prevent to flip the opposite variation if the preferred variation does not fit. Done for the popper settings.).
Allow tippy in the text format and add it in textarea.
Add setting for the placement in the settings form.
