Class does not exist

Problem/Motivation

Once enabled the second module called views_sql_twig_relationship and visited its config in:
/admin/structure/views/settings > Twig SQL

following issue occurs:

The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.

InvalidArgumentException: Class "Drupal\views_sql_twig_relationship\Form\TwigSqlSettingsForm" does not exist. in Drupal\Core\DependencyInjection\ClassResolver->getInstanceFromDefinition() (line 24 of core/lib/Drupal/Core/DependencyInjection/ClassResolver.php).
