Language switcher dropdown not opening after upgrading 9.5.9

After updating from Drupal 9.3 to 9.5.9, language switcher dropdown is not opening while clicking on it. While adding open class in parent div, its opening

Hi there,

Did you figure this out already? I seem to have the same issue after an update. Strangely when logged out, it is working, but when logged in, it is not

Drupal 9 has not been supported since June 2024, so I recommend upgrading.
