Replaced drupal_get_path as it is not compatible with drupal 10

I tried patch #2 on my DDEV local Drupal 10 install, I still get the same error message. As soon as I change to another theme it is fine. I get it with both "Coffee" and "City" Zymphonies themes.

The error is resolved after applying Patch #2. It seems like everything is working fine now in Drupal 10.0.9.
To apply the patch using Composer and clear the cache.

There are multiple issues open related to Drupal 10 compatibility.
