How to show close by entities, based on current entities geocoordinates?

I've got a content type with an address field and geolocation.
Lat / Lon are stored in the geo field, if I see this correctly.

What I'd like to do now is to show the surrounding entities in a views block, when I'm currently at one entity.
Probably sth like: https://www.drupal.org/project/geofield/issues/3149688 → just with D10.

Any chance of being able to accomplish that?
