Integration with ECA

I suspect the ECA integration would go in the implementing modules, which is where the posting methods are. At least, that's where the RulesAction implementations have historically been

Ideas to improve this are welcome. And if there is a good way to build an action plugin in Social Post, rather than the implementing modules, I'm happy to discuss that and help out. But I hope this helps move this effort forward. I think ECA will really help these modules out. Thanks for the suggestion, and for the help with implementing this for Mastodon.
