Spacing issue around the search box

Problem/Motivation: The search box has no spacing around it causing the content sticking on the edge of the box

Steps to reproduce: Install a fresh Drupal and add this theme as your default theme (Version- 9.x). On the landing page click the search icon and issue can be found

    Tested the "3363737.patch" on 9.5.8 drupal version and patch is working. Added screenshots for reference. RTBC++
