Update for module page documentation for SDC / D10.1

This caught me out earlier

Drush 12 generator API changed a bit. Not sure what version of Drush folks are using. I can help if there are questions porting the generator. Drush 12 releases in a couple days.

Looks like I'm am using drush 11.5.1 in my local dev environment. @moshe weitzman where are those changes documented?
