Change the default branch of closeblock to 8.x-1.x

Problem/Motivation

The Drupal rector for automated fixes didn't find a Drupal 8/9/10 module because the master branch does not contain one.
Please switch the default branch to 8.x-1.x for next time, meanwhile the upgrade_status module could be used alternatively to detect and fix D10 deprecations.

Proposed resolution

Set the default branch to 8.x-1.x instead of 'master'
