Social media service group description is very misleading

Problem/Motivation

The default description of the "Social Media" service group is

Comments managers facilitate the filing of comments and fight against spam.

See cookies_service_group.social.yml#details

This service group is used by submodules like Instagram or Twitter. This description misleading to an extend that I'd file this as a bug and just does not fit for the modules using that group.

Proposed resolution

Change the description to a text fitting the major social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,...

Social media widgets provide additional content originally published on third party platforms.
