Entities Displays modal - show the selected item in the modal title

Problem/Motivation

When I select a "See Example" a modal is displayed. I will be useful to display what I have selected in as the modal title to improve UX.

Steps to reproduce

Go to entities display report and click on "See Example"

Proposed resolution

Display the type and the view mode on the title
