Option to redirect to home page if targeted translation is not exists

Thank you for this helpful module.

Problem/Motivation

When we have a node in only one language. while this module is configured. once the user clicks on the other language from the Language switcher it will redirect to the same page. which is make no sense.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new translatable node in a multilingual website. (do not translate this node)
1. Enable this module and configure the translation redirect to `301`
1. View the node. And click on the other language from the language switcher. (it will redirect you to the same current page)

Proposed resolution

Add a new option to the configuration to allow redirecting the user to the home page if the current page does not exist in the targeted language.
