Upgrade to config_import single 2.0

Problem/Motivation

If you are currently using a drush version upper to 11.3 you can't upgrade config_import_single (nor to 1.6.0 neither to 2.0.0) because of the requirements of dropsolid_rocketship_profile

Steps to reproduce

composer why-not drupal/config_import_single 1.6.0

Proposed resolution

Since there are no api changes from config_import_single 1.5.0 to 2.0 should be safe to upgrade to 2.0
