I can see the merit behind this idea, but I am not familiar enough with the innerworkings of the Layout Builder admin UI yet to make this happen.
When viewing the layout builder interface while using this module, over time, as we add more contextually filtered blocks, we get a big list of blocks in the UI and we can't tell which ones will appear in which contexts unless we individually open the configuration screen for each block.
I suggest that adding a visible tag of which context the block might appear in, into the draggable block UI per block, and/or adding a filter to the layout builder page, that allows you to hide blocks that wouldn't appear in the selected context (show all non-contextual blocks + the blocks for the selected context)
This would make managing long lists of blocks on complex content types much simpler
