When you enable the module, the method hook_help is not implemented.

Download and activate the module and visit its help page.

    Hello folks!
    I have installed the Hook Post Action module(8.x-1.x-dev) on my Drupal website having version - 9.5.9 & PHP version - 8.1
    I have reviewed and implemented the code from MR!3. And I confirm, The code in MR!3 is working fine for me.
    The hook_help has been implemented successfully. As you can see in my attached screenshots.
    I am attaching a patch for it as well. Please have a look.
