regularly importing a channel stops after first 471 entries

Problem/Motivation

If setting up to regularly import items from a channel, it will never import more than 471 items. I am all little confused by the use of the pageToken in the request that is built. I have attempted to clear out the items and re-start the import from scratch, but at some point it simply reports that all of the items have already been imported and it just skips them all.

Imports after the first 471 continually report there is no new content in the channel. Therefore the newer created videos in the channel never import.

Proposed resolution

Please explain how the pageToken is supposed to be working in the implementation and if there is some way to fix this?
