can't change search placeholder text color

Hello,
If you have a sub-theme please place this code in the css file inside the sub-theme.

.w3-search-block-form input.form-search::placeholder {
  color: #000000;
  opacity: 1;
}

.w3-search-block-form input.form-search:-ms-input-placeholder {
  color: #000000;
}

.w3-search-block-form input.form-search::-ms-input-placeholder {
  color: #000000;
}

If you don't have a sub-theme, please install https://www.drupal.org/project/asset_injector → to help you add the CSS.
