Add link to Book Reorder page in Edit block

This (important) 'reorder an entire book' page is well hidden in the standard's Book admin user interface.

admin/structure/book/

It would be great if the Edit block would include a shortcut to that page.

This can be done now using substitution using this string in the Link URL for one of the links:
