More link doesn't exist in some cases

Problem/Motivation

The more link isn't loaded or rendered in some cases

  • Query settings:disable sql rewriting is not checked, it doesn't appear at all.
  • Logged in or admin, right after flushing cache, or saving the view, it will appear. Refresh browser it goes away.
  • Anonymous, it seems to show all the time, except when disable sql rewriting is not checked.
  • Setting specific permissions has no effect
  • Ajax on or off has no effect
  • Cache set to tag-based or time-based has no effect

Resolution

These settings allow the more link to always show for all roles

  • Disable sql rewriting
  • Cache setting: none
  • Access:Unrestricted
